High-Concentration Wide-Temperature Desizing Enzyme (Industrial Grade)

This high-concentration wide-temperature desizing enzyme is an industrial-grade enzyme preparation designed for textile processing applications. It is primarily used in the textile industry for the effective removal of starch-based sizing agents from woven fabrics.

The product is produced through non-pathogenic microbial fermentation and formulated as a high-activity α-amylase system. It rapidly hydrolyzes α-1,4 glycosidic bonds in starch molecules, converting insoluble starch into short-chain dextrins and water-soluble sugars. This enables efficient desizing, low residue levels, and excellent fabric compatibility.

With its high enzyme activity and broad temperature adaptability, this desizing enzyme delivers stable and reliable performance across a wide range of textile processing conditions and shows good compatibility with commonly used desizing auxiliaries.

Key Characteristics

  • Developed for textile industry applications
  • High enzyme activity with wide temperature tolerance
  • Efficient degradation of starch-based sizing agents
  • Compatible with standard desizing auxiliaries
  • Designed exclusively for textile desizing processes
  • Not suitable for food processing

보관 조건:
Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, dry environment. As a biologically active enzyme preparation, prolonged exposure to high temperature, humidity, or direct sunlight should be avoided.
Good ventilation is recommended during storage and transportation.

Due to differences in raw materials and processing conditions, slight variations between batches may occur. These variations do not affect the overall performance or application results of the product.

Applicable Textile Processes

This desizing enzyme is suitable for cotton fabric desizing and related multi-process textile workflows. It does not require the addition of auxiliary enzyme systems and demonstrates good compatibility with commonly used desizing agents.

The product is intended exclusively for textile desizing applications and must not be used in food processing.

Desizing Process Description

In general, a textile desizing process can be divided into three stages: impregnation, incubation, and washing.

Impregnation:
During this stage, the fabric absorbs the desizing solution and must be fully wetted. A bath ratio close to 1:6 (fabric to liquor) is recommended. The use of appropriate surfactants can significantly improve wetting efficiency. Desizing temperature, pH value, and calcium ion concentration should be controlled within recommended ranges to ensure enzyme stability.

Incubation:
During incubation, the starch sizing agents are enzymatically hydrolyzed. Once the enzyme solution comes into contact with the sizing material, starch is rapidly converted into water-soluble sugars. The effectiveness of this process is influenced by treatment time, enzyme concentration, and temperature. Shorter incubation times require higher enzyme dosage or elevated operating temperature.

Washing:
Washing removes the enzymatic degradation products from the fabric. If the degradation products are not completely removed, the desizing process will be incomplete. Conventional washing at appropriate temperatures is recommended. For heavier fabrics, a small amount of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) may be added to assist removal.

Application Area

Designed for use in the textile industry, this product is widely applied in woven fabric desizing processes.
