Typical Usage Information
This enzyme preparation is intended for controlled industrial or commercial processing. Usage level, contact time, and processing conditions depend on the specific application and process design.
- Liquid-based systems: 0.02 – 0.1% (w/w)
- Reconstituted powder systems: 0.2 – 0.4% (w/w, based on dry matter)
Note: The enzyme may be inactivated by heat treatment if required by the process flow.
Penyimpanan
- Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light.
- Recommended storage temperature: below 0 °C.
- Exposure to elevated temperature or humidity may reduce enzyme activity; dosage adjustment may be required if storage conditions are unfavorable.
Safety & Handling
This product is a protein-based enzyme preparation. It is considered non-hazardous under normal handling conditions. Standard industrial hygiene practices should be followed.
- Avoid inhalation of aerosols or splashes.
- Wear protective gloves and eye protection during handling.
- Avoid prolonged skin or eye contact.
- Avoid direct contact with strong oxidizing agents and certain metal ions
(e.g., Fe3+, Cu2+, Hg+, Pb2+) that may reduce enzyme activity.
