All orders are shipped via international courier from our warehouse in New Zealand. We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on destination and availability.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days depending on destination, measured from the date of dispatch. This estimate excludes time required for customs clearance, which varies by country and is outside our control.

• North America: 5–8 business days (+ customs clearance)
• Europe: 5–8 business days (+ customs clearance)
• Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days (+ customs clearance)
• Rest of World: 7–12 business days (+ customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be longer due to customs delays, public holidays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We work with multiple carriers to offer competitive rates — the carrier used for your shipment is selected at the time of dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Emballasje

All enzyme powders are packaged in sealed, food-grade bags inside cardboard boxes. Temperature-sensitive products include insulated packaging where required.
