Nattokinase — High Activity Grade
纳豆激酶 (NK) is a serine protease (EC 3.4.21.62) produced by 枯草芽孢杆菌 natto during soybean fermentation. This high-activity grade (20,000 FU/g) is supplied as a bulk enzyme ingredient for use in manufacturing and formulation.
