退货

我们承担以下退货运费：

运输途中损坏 — product arrived with compromised packaging or visible damage
错误商品 — we shipped a different product than what was ordered
有缺陷的产品 — the product does not meet the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA)

买家发起的退货

If you wish to return a product for other reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong item, changed your mind), return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The product must be unopened and in original condition.
