应用
Widely used in poultry, swine and ruminant feed to hydrolyze phytate, increase phosphorus availability and reduce inorganic phosphate supplementation costs. Thermostable phytase grades are designed for pelleted feed, maintaining activity under conditioning temperatures and in the presence of pepsin and trypsin. In food processing, food-grade phytase is applied in grain- and legume-based formulations to reduce phytic acid, improve mineral bioavailability and support nutritional optimization. Suitable for premixes, concentrates and complete feed formulations where predictable FTU/U activity and uniform dispersion are required.
