Product Description
The alkaline amylase is a liquid product brown in color. It’s produced by submerged fermentation of an Aspergillus strain and is capable of breaking down α-1,4-glycosidic linkage, depolymerizing starch into dextrin of different chain length. The product is widely used in the detergent industry.
Introduction
The amylase degrades starch into water-soluble dextrin, oligosaccharides and finally glucose, getting the starch stains solubilized and removed.
