Applications
Used across fuel ethanol plants, grain processing facilities, starch refineries and sweetener production for primary liquefaction of corn, wheat, cassava and sweet potato slurries. High-temperature stability supports jet cooking and continuous liquefaction, reducing mash viscosity, improving pumpability and increasing fermentable sugar yield. In distilleries and industrial alcohol production, these enzymes enable consistent dextrinization and improved fermentation efficiency. Specialized grades are available for sweet potato drying and yam processing to enhance drying efficiency and downstream saccharification performance.
