Applications
Alkaline protease (CAS 9014-01-1) is used in main wash formulations to hydrolyze protein-based stains such as blood, egg, and grass at pH 8–11, improving stain removal at 30–60°C and reducing wash cycle time. Alkaline amylase targets α-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch soils from sauces and processed foods, minimizing residue and preventing fabric redeposition. Lipase and mannanase components address triglycerides and guar gum-based thickeners, enhancing cleaning of oily and processed food stains. Cellulase systems are applied for fabric care and bio-polishing, reducing microfibrillation and improving color brightness in cotton textiles. Oxidative bleach enzymes and cold bleach activators boost percarbonate performance in low-temperature washing, increasing bleaching efficiency and whiteness without raising energy input.

Product Range
Available enzyme types include alkaline protease (CAS 9014-01-1), alkaline amylase, cellulase, multi-enzyme complexes, and oxidative bleach activators in liquid concentrates and spray-dried or granulated powders. Standard activities range up to 100,000 U/g for protease powders, with industrial-strength liquid concentrates for bulk dosing and automated blending lines. Products are supplied in technical grade and selected food/pharmaceutical grades, with packaging options suited to pilot trials through full-scale commercial detergent manufacturing.
