Enzymes for Textile Industry
Liquid and powder enzyme preparations for textile wet processing, garment washing, and fiber preparation—available in technical and selected food-grade formats. The range supports desizing, scouring, bleaching, bio-polishing, denim abrasion, peroxide removal, and Lyocell pulp activation under mill-scale conditions. Buyers achieve shorter cycle times, lower processing temperatures, controlled fabric effects, and improved consistency across batch and continuous operations.

Applications
In desizing, high-concentration amylase (CAS 9000-90-2) removes starch-based sizes from cotton and blends across a wide temperature window, reducing residual size and improving absorbency before scouring. Low-temperature scouring enzymes and enzyme-assisted scouring/bleaching systems enhance wax and pectin removal at reduced caustic load, achieving higher whiteness and better capillarity with lower steam consumption. Catalase (CAS 9001-05-2) is applied after peroxide bleaching to decompose residual H₂O₂ to <5 ppm prior to dyeing, preventing shade variation and eliminating additional hot rinses. Neutral cellulase (CAS 9012-54-8) and low-temperature cellulase powders are used for bio-polishing, hairiness reduction, and controlled denim abrasion or stone-wash effects, while indigo decolorizing enzymes enable selective backstain removal and oxidative fading. Protease treatments for wool finishing reduce felting and pilling by controlled surface modification, and cellulase-based activation supports Lyocell dissolving pulp swelling and solvent penetration.
Product Range
Portfolio includes amylase, cellulase, catalase, protease, hemicellulase (CAS 9025-56-3), and specialty catalytic systems in liquid and powder forms, with activity grades suitable for industrial dosing systems and bulk handling. Offered primarily in technical grade, with selected food-grade options where required for compliant processing environments. Activity ranges and packaging are designed for scale-up from pilot trials to full production, enabling straightforward quotation and repeat procurement for textile enzymes manufacturer sourcing and contract finishing mills.
