Neutral Bio-Polishing Jeans Enzyme Cellulase Powder for Stone Washing Process N-3000
Introduction
Conzyme® N-3000 is a highly concentrated neutral cellulase preparation designed specifically for the denim abrasion process. It is recommended for formulations used in bio-washing denim garments to impart a high abrasion and fading effect. It can also be used for processing cotton, hemp, viscose, yarn, and lyocell.
Mechanism
Cellulose is a glucose polymer linked with β-1,4-glycosidic bonds. The cellulase system consists of three major components: endoglucanase (endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase or EG), cellobiohydrolases (exo-1,4-β-D-glucanases or CX, or CBH), and β-glucosidases (1,4-β-D-glucosidase; BG; BGL). These activities work synergistically on cellulose to efficiently convert it into glucose. The product is designed to enzymatically abrade denim without harming the fabric.

Recommended Products Used Together
If Cellulase is used together with Pectinase, Catalase, Amylase, it will contribute to improving the overall quality of the flour products.
Pectinase
Conzyme® SPA-5 is specially developed for the bioscouring process of knitted natural cellulosic fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp, and blends. It removes pectin and other impurities from cotton fibers without degrading the cellulose, softens, and eliminates cotton seed to optimize dyeing performance.
Catalase
Conzyme® CAT is specially developed for textile applications to remove residual hydrogen peroxide and improve the last preparation before dyeing. It works within a wide pH range to completely remove residual hydrogen peroxide, with a significant reduction in the consumption of hazardous chemicals and water.
Amylase
Conzyme® DD990 is a liquid alpha-amylase preparation specially developed for the textile desizing process, which can completely remove starch-based sizes within a wide temperature range.
