Product Description
The alkaline amylase is a liquid product brown in color. It’s produced by submerged fermentation of an Aspergillus strain and is capable of breaking down α-1,4-glycosidic linkage, depolymerizing starch into dextrin of different chain length. The product is widely used in the detergent industry.
Introduction
The amylase degrades starch into water soluble dextrin, oligosaccharides, and finally glucose, getting the starch stains solubilized and removed.
