Alpha Galactosidase Enzyme For Animal Feed Additive
Introduction
Nutrizyme® AG2, alpha Galactosidase is made by Trichoderma spp through cultivation and extraction technique. It has the functions as non-starch polysaccharide enzyme in degrading NSP, decreasing intestinal viscosity and improving the digestion and absorption of nutrients. Recent research shows that alpha Galactosidase is a kind of multifunctional growth promoter because it can improve the secretion of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), promote the synthesis of protein and increase the lean meat percentage.
