Scouring & Bleaching Enzyme Booster (Activated Peroxide • Caustic One-Bath Process • High Whiteness)
This product is a specialized enzyme-based catalytic system designed for textile pretreatment, combining a biomimetic catalyst with an eco-friendly surfactant package to deliver outstanding scouring and
peroxide bleaching performance in a single bath. It is engineered to activate hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), enabling faster and more efficient impurity removal and whitening while supporting a strong-alkali scouring + peroxide bleaching one-bath workflow. The result is excellent absorbency (high wetting effect) E higher fabric whiteness with a simplified process.
Key Performance Benefits
- Activated H2O2 for enhanced bleaching efficiency — improves peroxide utilization, increases whitening power, and helps remove natural pigments and residual impurities more effectively.
- Caustic + peroxide one-bath processing — supports scouring and bleaching in one bath, reducing handling steps, saving time, and improving production consistency.
- Milder operating conditions — can be dosed from room temperature up to 50 °C, offering better operational flexibility and stability during preparation.
- Excellent wetting/absorbency and clean handle — helps develop strong hydrophilicity and promotes uniform wetting, especially valuable for towel fabrics, knits, and yarn packages.
- APEO-free formulation — aligned with modern environmental and compliance expectations.

Reference Recipes (Peroxide Scouring & Bleaching)
1) Cotton Knits / Terry Fabric / Loose Fiber
- Prodotto: 1.0 – 1.5 g/L
- H2O2 (27.5%): 6 – 10 g/L
- NaOH (100%): 1.5 – 2.0 g/L
- Chelating & dispersing agent: 0 – 0.5 g/L
- Rapporto liquore: ≥ 1 : 7
2) Cotton Package Yarn (Cheese Yarn)
- Prodotto: 1.5 – 2.0 g/L
- H2O2 (27.5%): 8 – 10 g/L
- NaOH (100%): 1.5 – 2.0 g/L
- Chelating & dispersing agent: 0 – 1.0 g/L
- Rapporto liquore: ≥ 1 : 7
Guida al processo
- After dosing, raise temperature at 2–3 °C/min to 80–85 °C.
- Hold at 80–85 °C for 40–60 minutes.
- After holding, rinse thoroughly with hot water ≥ 80 °C, then perform
neutralization E peroxide removal (de-oxygenation).
Important Notes & Best Practices
- Strict dosing sequence is required: add chelating stabilizer or this product first, then add NaOH, and finally add H2O2.
- Do not add all chemicals at the same time.
- Do not replace NaOH with soda ash.
The working bath must contain at least 1.5 g/L NaOH to achieve ideal performance. - Per package yarn low-temperature peroxide bleaching, it is recommended to use a chelating & dispersing agent to support uniform bleaching and prevent redeposition.
- Per large dyeing machines (≥ 1000 L), to avoid uneven bleaching at edges/corners or yellow ring effects, use alternating inside-outside circulation for improved liquor flow and penetration.
Magazzinaggio
Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry area at 2–25 °C. Avoid direct sunlight. Cooler storage can help extend shelf life and maintain performance stability.
