Multifunctional Textile Scouring & Anti-Redeposition Surfactant
This product is a high-performance multifunctional surfactant developed for textile scouring, enzymatic pretreatment, and post-dyeing washing processes. It effectively removes unfixed dyes from various types of fibers and prevents dyes—especially indigo—and impurities from redepositing onto the fabric during washing. As a result, it delivers clearer blue-white contrast and significantly improves anti-color-transfer performance, particularly in mixed-color and color-blocked textile applications.
With excellent dispersing, emulsifying, and wetting properties, the product significantly improves fabric cleanliness, whiteness, brightness, and color contrast. It is particularly suitable for cotton, denim, polyester, and blended fabrics, including printed and deeply dyed textiles that require strong anti-back-staining performance.
The formulation is fully compatible with cellulase and other textile enzymes. When applied in enzyme-assisted scouring or washing systems, it enhances overall washing efficiency, improves anti-redeposition behavior, and supports clearer fabric appearance without causing fiber damage.
The product demonstrates stable performance across a wide processing temperature range. It maintains good fluidity at lower temperatures and delivers enhanced washing and scouring performance at elevated temperatures, helping reduce water consumption and optimize processing efficiency.

Recommended Applications
- Textile Scouring:
Used to remove sizing agents, residual dyes, and chemical impurities during scouring. Typical dosage is 0.5%–2.0% owf, depending on fabric type and contamination level. - Textile Washing:
Applied during washing of dyed or enzyme-treated fabrics to enhance color contrast and improve overall appearance. Recommended dosage is generally 0.5%–2.0% owf. - Post-Dyeing & Post-Printing Washing:
Provides excellent anti-back-staining performance, especially for dark-colored, denim, and printed textiles.
