Product Description

This product is a 5′-Phosphodiesterase preparation produced by submerged fermentation of Penicillum citrinum followed by purification, formulation and drying. Nuclease has important applications in industrial Production of 5`-nucleotide and savory product production like yeast extract.

Function and application

* Industrial production of 5′- nucleotides; * Industrial production of high nucleotides extract.

Mechanism and product standard

Nucleases act on (3 ‘, 5 ‘) -phosphodiester bonds of single-stranded DNA or RNA to form 5 ‘-nucleotides. The enzyme also breaks down the 3 ‘-phosphate monoester bond in a nucleotide or oligonucleotide.
