Recommended Enzymatic Hydrolysis Process

Chicken liver homogenization → temperature adjustment to hydrolysis range → water addition → enzyme addition → enzymatic reaction →enzyme inactivation → chicken liver hydrolysate

  • Recommended pH: 6.0–8.0
  • Recommended temperature: 40–55°C
  • Enzyme dosage: 0.2%–1.0%
  • Hydrolysis time: 1–3 hours
