These terms govern purchases from Enzymes.bio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell industrial and research-grade enzymes for professional, laboratory, and industrial use. Products are not intended for direct human consumption unless explicitly stated. Minimum order quantity is 3 units per product.
Product specifications, certificates of analysis (COA), and safety data sheets (SDS) are available on request. Email wholesale@enzymes.bio.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept payment by credit/debit card (Stripe) and PayPal. Payment is charged at time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your confirmed order price is locked at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Customs and import duties: The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. We declare the accurate commercial value on all shipments — we do not falsify customs documents. If you are unsure about import regulations in your country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
If a shipment is returned to us due to customs rejection, refusal to pay duties, or an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will refund the product cost minus the original and return shipping fees.
4. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original condition. Contact wholesale@enzymes.bio with your order number and reason.
We cover return shipping for products that are:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (we sent the wrong item)
- Defective (does not meet stated specifications)
Return shipping for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind) is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Product Use and Liability
Industrial enzymes require proper handling. By purchasing, you confirm that you have the technical knowledge, facilities, and regulatory clearances required to handle and use the products safely in your jurisdiction.
Enzymes.bio is not liable for: improper use of products, losses arising from delayed shipments due to carrier or customs delays, or regulatory non-compliance in the buyer’s country.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Enzymes.bio — including product descriptions, images, and technical documentation — is the property of Enzymes.bio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. For EU customers, your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law remain unaffected.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
