Performance

Suited for all tanning operations in the acid side, such as pickling, acid bating, wet-blue reconditioning and so on.

Applications

When the temperature of wet-blue reconditioning is 40℃, the recommended dosage is 0.6%. With higher temperature, please reduce the dosage.

In acid bating, general dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):

  • Cattle upper leather: 0.10% – 0.30%
  • Cattle sofa leather: 1.00% – 2.00%
  • Sheep garment leather: 0.50% – 1.50%
  • Goat garment leather: 1.00% – 3.00%
  • Pigskin upper leather: 0.50% – 1.00%
  • Pigskin garment leather: 1.00% – 1.00%

Benefit

The effectiveness is tender and balanced. Effectively improve the pliability and fullness of the leathers, increase the yield of leather output. When used in wet-blue reconditioning, it promotes the absorption of tanning agent and improves the dyeing uniformity. It has very good permeability, and an evenly softened effect can be obtained. Its use will not lead to loose grain on leather.

Storage

Store the product in a dry and cool place, avoid the activity reduction caused by wetness, rain and sunshine.
