These terms govern purchases from Enzymes.bio, operated by NEW ZEALAND YINJUE HOLIDAYS LIMITED. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
海关和进口税： The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. We declare the accurate commercial value on all shipments — we do not falsify customs documents. If you are unsure about import regulations in your country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Return shipping for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind) is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
