Nattokinase
Nattokinase (NK) is a serine protease (EC 3.4.21.62) produced by Bacillus subtilis natto during soybean fermentation. It is supplied as an off-white powder with standardized fibrinolytic activity measured in FU (fibrinolytic units) per gram.
This product is supplied as a bulk enzyme ingredient for use in manufacturing and formulation. It is not a finished consumer product.
