Our protease enzyme range includes acid, neutral and alkaline proteases available in both powder and liquid formats, with activity levels up to 400,000 U/g and 150,000 U/mL. We supply food grade and feed grade protease preparations produced by controlled fermentation of Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis. Multiple CAS numbers (9014-01-1, 9025-49-4, 9040-76-0, 232-642-4) and activity grades allow precise selection based on pH profile, substrate and process conditions.
