Used across brewing, distilling and juice processing for protein hydrolysis, chill-haze prevention, improved clarification and faster filtration in beer, fruit mashes and wine. In food manufacturing, neutral and alkaline protease enzyme powders support protein hydrolysate production, flavor development and yield improvement in soy, dairy and plant protein systems. Feed-grade protease improves digestibility and feed conversion in livestock and aquaculture formulations.
