NEW ZEALAND YINJUE HOLIDAYS LIMITED (trading as Enzymes.bio) sells industrial and research-grade enzymes to businesses and researchers worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect, the purpose of collection, and your rights including how to opt out.

2. What We Collect and Why

We collect personal information only for the purposes stated below:

  • Order data (name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, payment method) — Purpose: To process, fulfill, and ship your order.
  • Payment data — Processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never store card numbers on our servers. Purpose: To complete payment transactions.
  • Account data (email and hashed password, if you create an account) — Purpose: To provide you with order history and a faster checkout experience.
  • Analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) — Collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, both configured to anonymize IP addresses. Purpose: To improve site performance and user experience.
  • Communications (emails you send us) — Purpose: To provide customer service and respond to inquiries.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
