Our glucose oxidase portfolio includes food grade and feed grade powders at 10,000 U/g as well as liquid preparations up to 12,000 U/mL, all conforming to CAS 9001-37-0. Produced by controlled submerged fermentation of Aspergillus niger or Penicillium notatum, these GOD enzyme products are supplied in stable, production-ready formats for bakery, gluconate manufacturing, beverage processing and animal nutrition. Options are available for flour treatment, deoxygenation and large-scale gluconic acid or gluconate salt production.
