Glucose oxidase is widely applied in industrial baking to strengthen gluten networks, improve dough handling and support flour whitening in bread, rolls and specialty bakery products. In beverage processing, it is used for deoxygenation of wine, beer and fruit juice (including apple and grape) to enhance flavor stability and extend shelf life while supporting clearer filtration. Liquid food grade preparations are suited for gluconic acid and gluconate salt production where consistent oxidation of glucose is required for yield optimization. Feed grade glucose oxidase enzyme is incorporated into premixes and compound feeds to support gut environment management and feed efficiency in poultry and swine operations.
