Our alpha‑amylase portfolio covers liquid and powder formulations with activity levels from 3,000 U/g to 100,000 U/g in powders and up to 150,000 U/mL in high‑strength liquids. We supply food‑grade and FCC‑conforming grades produced via submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, and Aspergillus oryzae, including thermostable, medium‑temperature, and low‑temperature variants. Options include bulk industrial packs for ethanol and starch processing, as well as specialty grades for baking, rice wine, plant extraction, and animal feed applications.
