Available in strengths up to 150,000 U/mL (liquid) and 30,000 U/g (powder), these food-grade preparations are produced from Bacillus licheniformis or Bacillus subtilis via submerged fermentation. Options include Halal-certified grades to meet export, ethanol and food manufacturing requirements.
