介紹
木聚醣酶是從里氏木黴中通過培養和提取技術製成的。本品含有豐富的木聚醣酶,能有效催化植物體內的木聚醣轉化為木糖等低分子物質,充分釋放植物體內的蛋白質和糖。木聚醣酶可用於大豆蛋白、澱粉、啤酒的加工中,加速過濾,提高產量。

1單位木聚醣酶等於在50℃、pH 5.0條件下,1分鐘內水解木聚醣得到1μmol還原糖(以木糖計)的酵素量。

Application Rate
For beer industry: The recommended application rate is 0.1-0.4L of the enzyme preparation per ton of total raw materials, added at mashing-in. However, the optimal application rate depends on the composition of the raw materials and the specific process parameters and should be determined by testing different application rates at the brewery.
For alcohol industry: The recommended application rate is 0.05-0.2L of the enzyme preparation per ton of total raw materials.
