This policy governs returns and refunds for purchases from Enzymes.bio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For complete terms of sale, see our Условия обслуживания.

Scope

Enzymes.bio is a business-to-business (B2B) bulk enzyme supplier. Our products are industrial and research-grade enzyme powders sold to commercial buyers, laboratories, and manufacturers.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:

The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
The product has been stored according to stated storage conditions (cool, dry, away from light and heat)
You contact us at wholesale@enzymes.bio with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back

We Cover Return Shipping For:

Поврежден при транспортировке — product arrived with compromised packaging or visible damage
Incorrect item — we shipped a different product than what was ordered
Defective product — the product does not meet the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA)

For these cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage or a description of the defect. We will arrange return shipping at our expense or send a replacement.

Buyer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return a product for other reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong item, changed your mind), return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The product must be unopened and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety and quality assurance reasons:

Opened enzyme powders — once the sealed packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned due to contamination risk
Products stored improperly — if there is evidence that stated storage conditions were not maintained
Products beyond the 14-day return window

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card via Stripe, or PayPal)
For damaged/defective goods where a replacement is preferred, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost

Customs-Related Returns

If a shipment is returned to us due to customs rejection, refusal to pay import duties, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, we will refund the product cost minus the original and return shipping fees.

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.
